Grid splitter

I am trying to have a vertical splitter, which would allow the user to resize the UI of 2 DIVs, each of which have columns.

RickStrahl / jquery-resizable worked a little, but it is quirky and did not provide a 50% left and right visual, perhaps part of that was on me.

I tried jqueryui, but those two frameworks dont like each other ... is there any easy way to do this with BS ? Thanks !
