Weird - Don't leave Rviz2 unattended for hours - /battery_state, /dock_status, /undock may be affected

Twice I have had my "TurtleBot4 Lite" (clone) appear to stop republishing /battery_state and /dock_status and /undock action requests.

I discovered that I had left rviz2 running on the remote visualization system, and when I closed rviz2 the republishing of the topics and requests returned to normal.

So if republishing appears to be hosed, check if rviz2 is running - if so, exit and check repub topics again.

Turns out issue not rviz2 related. Do not run a ros2 topic echo --once /battery_state in a bash loop - it will kill republisher nodes.
