Cool idea! Although this looks very complex, but from your description I liked the drag and drop idea. Because, now once the drag and drop functionality has been implemented, user will able to drag any task card from say today and drop it in tomorrow. Which will automatically change its due date. But for time, the above idea is a good approach. Perhaps, instead of implementing this inside Task Board, since this will be a huge load on development side, and since there are already calender plugins available in Obsidian. I might be a good approach to have some integration with those plugins, so, whenever anything changes from Task Board it will be shown in the calender plugin. |

Time ruler with 24-hour format
As today's time advances, the time ruler automatically updates and no longer shows tasks from previous hours. An interesting option would be to continue showing tasks from previous hours, but to indicate which ones are overdue, and to place an indicator line for the current time to separate overdue tasks from tasks that are due today.
To be able to view tasks from the next 7 days in a column, organized by date and time (or determined by the user).
To drag and drop tasks to a specific time (and also have this change the task's date/time).
Some of these suggestions resemble a plugin called Timer Ruler.
