[Suggestion} Combine Dockge script into main Docker Script

Why not combine the Dockge script into the main docker script?
The main docker script already contains a prompt asking if you would like portainer, the same thing could be done for Dockge. I don't see much of a purpose of having them in different scripts if they serve a similar purpose, it would seem more cohesive and easier for new users if they were put together.

I might look at PR'ing this change myself at some point in the future if that's something ppl would be interested in.
