[Zabbix LXC] How-To add Languages / Change Language

Hey everyone.

A short introduction to setting up languages in Zabbix after installation.

Initial Installation

Step 1:

• Create new Zabbix LXC
  bash -c "$(wget -qLO - https://github.com/tteck/Proxmox/raw/main/ct/zabbix.sh)"

Step 2:

• Wait until Script is finished and you can access to the web gui

• Here you see, you can only choose "en"

Step 3:

• Switch to your new created Zabbix LXC
• Open Console
• Enter dpkg-reconfigure locales

• Choose your language (Arrow keys and space, then tab to "Ok" and enter)

• After Enter you can change the system envoirment locale, but "none" is okay.

Step 4:

• Enter in Zabbix LXC Console following:
  systemctl restart apache2

Step 5:

• Open WebGui of Zabbix
• Et Voilá, here you can see the newly installed language

Updating an Existing Installation

Step1:

• Switch to your new created Zabbix LXC
• Open Console
• Enter dpkg-reconfigure locales

• Choose your language (Arrow keys and space, then tab to "Ok" and enter)

• After Enter you can change the system envoirment locale, but "none" is okay.

Step 2:

• Enter in Zabbix LXC Console following:
  systemctl restart apache2

Step 3:

• Open WebGui of Zabbix
• Click on "User Settings" -> "Profile"

- here you can change the language
