Why some scripts install sudo and/or mc (e.g., cloudflared)

Hi there,

I was reviewing the cloudflared install script when I noticed these lines:

$STD apt-get install -y curl
$STD apt-get install -y sudo
$STD apt-get install -y mc

I understand curl, it's used right there to download the cloudflared binary. But why do we need sudo? And mc? I'm assuming that is Midnight Commander, why do we need it for such container? Does cloudflared make use of sudo and mc somehow?
