Implement Android Home Widget

Summary

Create an Android Home Widget that displays the current Pi-hole status and key statistics (e.g., total queries, blocked queries, percentage blocked) and allows users to toggle Pi-hole on/off directly from the home screen.

The widget should update automatically in the background and support manual refresh without requiring the user to open the main app.

I tried implementing this feature before but it didn’t work as expected.
This issue is to try again and complete the Home Widget with auto-refresh and on/off control.
