Docs/info on how to help at translating

Looked for it in readme and website.
Found a handful PRs, but checking a couple, none of them look to me as importing from typical translation platforms (Weblate and such).
Just a "you can help translating on X site" or even "sending a PR with updated files on X directory on the source tree" would help.
Since the help/about app screen has lots of useful and detailed links, placing info/link there will make it even more discoverable.

@pataquets Thanks for your interest in translations.

Right now we manage them directly in the repo. I usually use the VS Code extension innwin.i18n-arb-editor to edit files under lib/ui/core/l10n, but it’s not required.

• For existing languages, just edit the .arb file and send a PR.
• For new languages, please open an issue first.

I’m leaving these instructions here for now, and we’ll also update the docs to make them easier to find.

After issue #394 , we also plan to consider moving to a standard translation platform (Weblate, Crowdin, etc.).
