Is it possible to insert the specific maternal and paternal recombination rate maps when simulating ancestry?

No, I'm afraid this isn't possible @JaneeshBansal and it would be quite a hard thing to implement. I suggest looking at SLiM as an alternative (but I don't know if SLiM supports either).

I think this is do-able in SLiM with a recombination callback. In msprime I suppose this would be do-able in principle in the dtwf model, but not really in hudson (as each lineage passes through an undefined number of individuals).
