Use Case: A developer wants to provide an entity or ontology link to the underlying TS UI.

The API doesn't provide any information about the UI.

Idea: make the information available via the API - adapt the OLS system to accept a configuration parameter with the base UI URL.

Todo: test Skosmos and Ontoportal to see if they provide such information via their APIs

What about standalone backend systems without UI? Does a base UI URL have to be set for each terminology?
