I think the best is to populate the model vat foreign so it will be more easy to the users to add a new foreign party.

Se puede pasar a un csv, y en base a eso, en vez de pasarlo a un xml (ya que el attribute skiptest deja de existir desde la v5.4), utilizarlo para hacer la carga con un script en .py
