Description
Error: creating RDS DB Instance (retool-rds-instance): operation error RDS: CreateDBInstance, https response error StatusCode: 400, RequestID: 39f2b367-24ae-43fd-95ab-bafce917195c, api error InvalidParameterCombination: Cannot find version 13.7 for postgres
hashicorp/aws version "5.81.0"
Not sure why its happening, but i fixed it by passing: rds_instance_engine_version = "14.13"
