Add ability to manage Databases and API connections

We connect our Retool apps to our own hosted API which is completely managed by Terraform.  It would be great if API resources could be Terraform managed on retool.  That way when we rotate the API keys we could have a terraform plan to automatically update the Retool API resource with the new keys.
