Feature: Create a trustline with recommended valid issuer #8
Description
As a user,
I want to create trustline with the liquidity
So that, the asset can be sent and received more easily.
Requirement:
- Check if the issuer is valid using Feature : check verified issuer's issuance procedure #6
- (optional) check how much liquidity is in the market for that asset by checking issued amount, how many LP and other users have trustline with the issuer
- create a ranked list based on results from the first two steps
