API Endpoint Error?

Hi there, I'm on step 5, I've saved my keys, I've verified they're correct, I have gotten my transactionId and saved that as well. But when hitting the endpoint for the CRIPHERTEXT command curl with the transactionId, I'm getting back an `Application Error`.

I'm working off of an M2 mbp and used homebrew so instead of apt I used brew.
