hi i'm making an app that's been using trunk but if possible i'd like to make it so instead of starting on load, the user can run the app by submitting some text to the application from javascript - is there a way i can do that with trunk? thanks!

Not sure what you have in mind, but you could just have a second web page redirecting to the actual one.

what i mean is a normal html text input field for submitting an argument and a go button (the canvas on the same page)
when the go button is pressed it'll trigger the javascript to run the app - i understand i can do this with wasm-bindgen but just wondering if i can stick to my current setup

Not sure which state you need to set before running the application? I'd expect that all state (like that input field) you could from inside the application.
