Timeout of 300000ms exceeded

Hello Everyone, I was trying to run a couple truffle tests on my mainnet_fork but it looks like the transactions are getting stucked, even though the fork is actually done, as of yesterday I had not any issues.
This is the command I'm running to make the fork

npx ganache-cli --fork https://mainnet.infura.io/v3/$INFURA_API_KEY --unlock 0x7c8CA1a587b2c4c40fC650dB8196eE66DC9c46F4 --unlock 0x3FE0bF87b9fFf545A85ADc63eC93aCC46B7Ca542 --networkId 999

And this is the error message I got

  1) Contract: UniswapLiquidity
       "before each" hook for "add liquidity and remove liquidity":
     Error: Timeout of 300000ms exceeded. For async tests and hooks, ensure "done()" is called; if returning a Promise, ensure it resolves. (/mnt/c/pr0/blockchain-projects/mainnet-fork/test/test-uniswap-liquidity.js)

Anyone else having these timeout issues? Probably something with the infura nodes after the merge?

Hmm well can you install ganache instead of ganache-cli? We don't use ganache-cli anymore
https://github.com/trufflesuite/ganache

Also, you shouldn't need the npx either to start ganache if you downloaded it via an npm i
