feat(ci): create chart-version common-version reference pages for charts #33936

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Currently its rather tedious te check which chart version corresponds to which common version.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should generate a page for each chart, linking the chart version with the common common version in a table.
