[feat]: Add mode switcher to mobile ToC #73
Description
What is your idea?
Currently, if the header is disabled and the toc enabled in zen mode, and you are on a mobile device, you can "softlock" yourself, because the Toc is not shown (only mobile ToC, which is not overriden) and the SiteTitle exit option is not shown because the ToC is enabled by the config...
Why is this feature necessary?
User should always be able to exit Zen Mode somehow
