Bug Description
When analyzing icons, the results display uses English labels even when German is selected.
Current Behavior
- Analysis results in popup
- Labels like 'Category:', 'Tags:', etc. in English
- German users see mixed language interface
Expected Behavior
- All labels translated to selected language
- Consistent language throughout
- Both labels and content properly localized
