Bug Description

The 'Smart Set Generation' feature is unclear in its purpose and provides no UI feedback.

Current Issues

• Unclear if it generates sets from existing icons or suggests new ones
• No explanation of what it does
• No UI feedback showing results
• Input field purpose unclear

Expected Features Needed

1. Clear explanation of functionality
2. Two possible modes:
   • Generate optimal sets from existing icons
   • Suggest missing icons for themed sets
3. Results display showing:
   • Generated sets or suggestions
   • Visual preview
   • Accept/reject options
