UI: Remove monthly AI usage tracking from UI

## Enhancement Request
The monthly usage display for AI functions is not needed in the user interface.

## Current State
- Shows 'Monthly Usage: 0 / 1000'
- Implementation detail that users don't need

## Expected Behavior
- Remove from UI
- Track internally if needed
- Only show if approaching limits

## Priority
Low - UI cleanup
