UI: Remove 'Enable AI Functions' checkbox #70

Enhancement Request
The 'Enable AI Functions' (Aktiviere KI-Funktionen) checkbox is unnecessary and should be removed.
Reasoning
- AI features are already behind a dedicated panel
- Users who don't want AI simply won't use it
- Adds unnecessary complexity
- If API key not configured, features are disabled anyway
Expected Behavior
- Remove the checkbox
- AI features always available when configured
- Rely on server-side configuration

Low - UI simplification
