Add ability to pull new version of images #2
Description
Current situation:
At the current moment on the first execution, system will pull required images. They will be used forever. There need to be a way to inform the system about new images being available.
Ideas:
- commit message (for example when message contains "[RUMI:PULL]" if forces pull of the new images.
- keep current behaviour (forces to use docker images tags)
- try to pull on each run
- add flag "forcePull" to .rumi.yml file
