You are getting a lot of undefined references. It looks like you're using CMake to build you executable against an installed Trilinos? Could you

• check that the tests and examples that come with MueLu do build correctly ("-D MueLu_ENABLE_TESTS=ON" and "-D MueLu_ENABLE_EXAMPLES=ON"),
• share how you build against Trilinos? If you can post you CMakeLists.txt that could be useful.

From the file you posted it looks like several executables for Trilinos are being built. (Or at least they are enabled in your build of Trilinos.) So the issue would be how you build your executable against Trilinos. If you share your CMakeLists.txt we can have a look at that. Or compare against https://github.com/trilinos/Trilinos/tree/master/demos/simpleBuildAgainstTrilinos
