Description: Implement handlers for processing video links from YouTube and Google Drive.
Detailed Requirements:
- Create URL validator and classifier
- Implement YouTube link processor using youtube-dl
- Add Google Drive link handler
- Create job submission through orchestration system
Acceptance Criteria:
- System correctly identifies video URLs
- YouTube videos are successfully retrieved
- Google Drive files are correctly accessed
- Jobs are properly submitted to the processing pipeline
