resolution offset

Hey I really like this app and the guide for setting the write permissions with adb was very straightforward. I was hoping I could use this app to keep my phone from rendering anything on the bottom 1/3 of my screen, if I set a different custom resolution I can make the total screen area smaller but it just centers on my display. I'm not sure if this would be possible but some additional options to add some offsets so I have more control of the position of my "screen" on my physical display would be really cool.
