[Bug][v9.0.0-beta01] On S20, Hz drop down to 60 when sitting on the home screen and never go back to 120

Galaxy S20, GMH set up as follows:

If while sitting on the home screen i allow it to drop down to 60Hz, swiping left and right doesn't ramp up back to 120. I have to tap (i.e. open a folder) to have it ramp back up, otherwise it'll stay at 60Hz.
It's as if the accessibility service doesn't register a swipe on the home screen as an interaction anymore.

Doesn't happen in the latest 8.0 stable

Beta03: things are slightly better now: on the home screen the 120Hz mode gets activated when swiping, but with a noticeable delay. Tapping still activates it immediately instead
