mergerfs and VDO in newer linux kernels?

I've been looking for a couple of days and have been unable to find anything on the interwebs that mentions VDO and mergerfs.

Does anyone know if mergerfs will work with a bunch of VDO formatted volumes? Has anyone tried this successfully?

Bonus question: Has anyone tried it on a RK3588? Even better on a FriendlyElec CM3588 NAS SBO?

Late edit: In case anyone is wondering - I'm thinking about using VDO for block-level dedup on the individual drives, and Mergerfs+SnapRaid to access them...

• re VDO: That is a block level technology and as such not related to mergerfs which is strictly filesystem level technology. mergerfs will have no knowledge it is there nor cares. https://trapexit.github.io/mergerfs/#how-it-works
• I'm sure someone has used it on an RK3588 but it doesn't really matter. mergerfs is not really leveraging anything platform specific like that. I might not have builds for the platform but that's a different thing. Thanks for the quick response! Awesome! I was pretty sure it should work, but wanted see if anyone had tripped over any showstoppers - I’m going to give it a try in the morning.
