Geolocation - Rearrange fields

Fix the edit and view forms.
Display Suite and CSS.

Note: There are two different fields for input. Addressfield + geocoding (past) and Geolocation (future). It creates some difficulties on displaying nodes, views displays (duplicating maps)
The best approach:

• convert values from addressfield on geolocation fields
• use feeds export
• reimport to new geolocation field
