Support for arbitrary lines #17
Description
When we don't know the unique shape of the line, we should have a util that renders out a straight line, with a list of stops, and a supplied color.
This could be used to display bus routes or commuter rail lines without building them custom.
We can likely look at the Regional Rail Explorer for an example of how it handles that
