Explore using https://www.opentripplanner.org/ to build out a trip planner for the expanded GTFS bundle

We could use this to then build out a whole new UI compares trips between current and new GTFS, with some added UI elements we can pull from the RRE

We should explore a few options, at a minimum would be good to see how following https://docs.opentripplanner.org/en/latest/Basic-Tutorial/ works with our custom bundle
