Could you add a release tag for v1.4.3, please?

I'm in the process of updating our Moodle install script, and updating it to install the current compatible versions of the plugins that we use.

The readme says that the current version of moodle-qbehaviour_adaptive_adapted_for_coderunner is v1.4.3, but there doesn't seem to be a release tag for this.

Would you be able to add one, please (assuming that is a formal release, and that I shouldn't still be using v1.4.2 for stable use). Many thanks!
