ItemSwapper Retextured

Well, as you've already understood, this is my version of ItemSwapper textures.

Position of the item it is more vanilla-like. Textures now feels more like a hotbar, (maybe because I litteraly took textures from there). It is also one pixel smaller in both width and height. Also, now the items look centered on their tile :)
It's better to use it with option "Show Cursor" - off
