Validation Rule Behavior Inconsistency Between Salesforce Inspector and UI Updates

Hi! I have a question for the tool, please see below:

A Sales user is performing a mass update using Salesforce Inspector, but the operation is failing due to a validation rule being triggered. Interestingly, when the same field is updated manually through the Salesforce UI, the update goes through without any issues or validation errors. Is there a reason why the validation rule behaves differently in these two scenarios, and is there a way to resolve this inconsistency?

To me there is no inconsistency between UI and Reloaded for validation rules behaviour.
Is it the same user who is performing the mass update and the single one ?

With Reloaded you can customize headers (Assignment Rule, Duplicate Rule etc) but none is related to validation rules
