Bug: Jump forward 5 minutes from "now" when creating scheduled sessions

Currently, when scheduled sessions are created with the new creation flow, the time of the session starting appears to be set to "now" or the exact minute that the Create button was pressed. The problem with this is that by the time most people fill out the form to create the session that time has past, leading to an error.

Instead, each time a session is created we should advance the time to start by 5 minutes, so that the Keeper or creator has time to fill everything out before hitting the time limit.
