Please update changelog and/or add a v0.6.9 git tag

I would like to update from 0.6.7 to 0.6.9, but I can't tell what changed. I tried looking at the git log. There is a `v0.6.8` tag but I don't see a `v0.6.9` tag. If you can add that tag, I can send a PR to update the changelog. Thanks!
