Notifications

Introduction

Since release 3.4.12, the ProcessMaker plugin:

1. may override the GLPI notification default behavior.
2. provide a way to send spontaneous emails

Task notifications

By default GLPI behavior is to send the same notification for each task that are in an item (Ticket, Change, or Problem). The ProcessMaker plugin can override this behavior by adding two notification events (one for new task and one for task update) per task of a process.
