DelugeVPN error

I'm running Ubuntu 24.04. And I'm getting an error on the DelugeVPN container's logs:

`ERROR: Cannot open TUN/TAP dev /dev/net/tun: Operation not permitted (errno=1)`

The container seems to be up and running. But I can't seem to access it from the web browser.
