Exec[dpkg-gdm-reconfigure] fails with `Could not find command 'dpkg-reconfigure'`

trying to execute dpkg-reconfigure fails with an error
Could not find command 'dpkg-reconfigure'

this is happening because that's located in /usr/sbin on both ubuntu and debian, yet the path is /bin , /usr/bin in the module
