Question: stream logging to stderr by default without config

Hi community, I come from C++ background and heavily use glog.
One thing I notice is,

• glog by default stream to stderr without any config (i.e. init function, config function)
• while tracing logging functions require certain config in main

I'm wondering if it's possible to log without any config? A few reasons:

• Unit test usually doesn't have a driver function
• My rust library serves as a FFI inside of C++ program, it's awkward to expose a init function for C++ to call before anything starts
