Handling SIGHUP

Kind of a random question, but I'm writing a daemon, and would like to handle SIGHUP by closing & re-opening the log file (as well as re-reading my config). Anyone done this with tracing & tracing_subscriber?

Well, if anyone stumbles upon this through search, here's what I did:

1. Created a newtype LogFile that just wraps an Arc<Mutex<std::fs::File>>
2. Implement an async method rehup on it that takes the receiving half of a tokio mpsc::channel that, on receipt of a message on the channel, will close & re-open the wrapped log file
3. spawn rehup
4. implement MakeWriter on LogFile and hand it off to my fmt Layer
