Summary

I'm updating from 0.6.2 and I'm getting some errors with ServeDir, the Router, and adding routes and I'd appreciate any help to get me up to speed!

Regarding the ServeDir error, which version of tower-http are you using? You'll have to make sure it depends on the same version of the http crate as axum.

edit: the same thing applies to tower-cookies for your second question.

edit: and tower-sessions in your third question 😄

These seem all the same despite me having the up-to-date versions of tower-cookies, tower, tower-http, and tower-sessions:

tower = "0.5.1"
tower-http = { version = "0.6.1", features = ["full"] }
tower-sessions = "0.13.0"
tower-cookies = "0.10"

Updating my packages to the latest fixed most of my errors. Now I'm down to only 6. The remaining errors are as you see here:

I get that rust type errors can be confusing, but the compiler is telling you what you should add and where. If you have colors in your terminal it should be clearly visible, otherwise look for lines starting with help:.
