dedicated lib for `createTailwindV4Plugin`

hey!
I really want to use this but I am kind of confused on how to manage this. Am I supposed to copy the whole config code that parses the tokens into my repo? will this come out as a dedicated lib at some point? is this how you recommend we work with tailwindcss flows from now on?
