use-clone-connection is a hack #4
Description
The setting use-clone-connection is a bit of a hack that we have in place to maximize perf until linq2db/linq2db#2466 is resolved.
Once that is handled we should remove this setting and update to whatever mechanism is needed for maximum efficiency.
