CSV export for withdrawal and/or reward history #59
Description
Users should be able to export a CSV history of their withdrawals and maybe their reward history too. Some users have communicated having an interest in this for e.g. tax reporting reasons.
Production of reports might take a while for large accounts and maybe this should be an asynchronous process; in that case we need to store the resulting CSVs temporarily so people can download them once they're ready. We'll also want to stick some rate limiting on this.
