PDF publication

Hi there, I saw that Download mentions publishing a PDF "one day".

For Comprehensive Rust, we use the amazing https://github.com/max-heller/mdbook-pandoc tool to get PDFs for each of the languages we publish:

• English
• Spanish
• Korean
• etc

The configuration is book.toml and we install the dependencies in our install-mdbook build step.

This has worked really well for us.
