Recovery metric for Beta, Q Matrix, Delta

The goal for the recovery metrics going forward is to base the permutation order off of just the Beta matrix and, then, apply this to the Q matrix columns.

Moreover, the Delta matrix will also be rearranged with the columns of the Beta matrix.
