Idea: Update auto builder commit message with commit id/hash

I love that there are automatic builds, hats off to the people responsible for this 👏

Being super picky. it's sort of annoying that it's not clear which version of the color schemes end up in a theme. For example:

• tinted-theming/base16-scintillua@75e7d92
  Simply says:

  Update with the latest tinted-theming colorschemes

Is there any way to get the commit message to also include the URL and the commit hash. For example:

Update with the latest tinted-theming colorschemes

Super low priority but would be really neat if we had this.
