Possibility of Exclude being used for Folders on the Server?

I would love to be able to use the Exclude function to point at certain folders on the Jellyfin Server rather than it being used as a "don't show/sync this song" (since all it does do is exclude songs even if you exclude the Artist).
Since in Jellyfin you have no way of making a folder that is Audio but not Music (besides making it a Book folder) and having things like Podcasts or Stand-Up Comedy albums.
